Property/rent prices have gone INSANE ... none can
afford, none (at this point) will profit.
Alas, this is much the same as the last - quite
recent - properly/lending bubble. NOBODY LEARNED
A DAMNED THING. It's a form of insanity. I'd
maybe suggest serious govt regs, but govt gets
too many 'donations' from banks and property barons
aimed to weaken even sensible anti-exploitation
regs and rules.
Every bubble, demands for regs - few ever seen -
and then even those get un-done. A tiny percent
make money from these things and are then able
to shield themselves from the consequences.
They are the ones at the big political dinners
and such. Very Machiavelli ....
