How about just making "blacks" the official Ruling Class
and everyone else their official slaves ???
And hey - I had a couple of uncles killed fighting for
the Union way back. Any could have been that "golden
uncle" who made billions ! Can I demand reparations for
loss of (sure-nuf!) income because the uncles were
fighting for the anti-slavery cause ???
IMHO, if you're gonna pay anybody, pay the local indigenous
tribes - they REALLY got screwed by The Man ... not even
enslaved, just killed and/or jammed in de-facto open-air
prisons !
Anyway - GO FOR IT CALIFORNIA ! This will totally divide
