No, you don't have to be stick-up-the-ass 1952 ... but
a little sanity and common-sense ought to come into the
equation.
We have created unanchored suicidal generations,
obliterated 'stability' and empathy and the 'Social
Contract'. The results were predicted and predictable -
and happened. The only reason the USA/west doesn't
look like a Mad Max film is because the previous gens
provided a little 'momentum', persistence. That now
seems to have run out.
Is this a "better" country ? Only for maniacs and
thugs, loons and wannabe Big Brothers.
