    Ukraine's got enough travka of their own: the stuff
    hails from thereabouts, historically.
    But there's another Canadian import I'd recommend to
    Ukraine: our Constitution, specifically our accommodation
    of two Distinct Official Languages and a plethora of ethnicities.

    A well functioning Ukraine is an historical necessity for peace
    and prosperity in all the Russias. Get with the program, Oleg.
