    Dear Mike,
The solvents that dissolve PMMA are dimethylformamide (DMF) and Diethyl carbonate (DEC). DEC work even much better with that.
the non-solvents of PMMA are propylene carbonate (PC), ethylene carbonate (EC) and gamma buterolactone (GBL). They are not the all but the most, according to my on calculations which agree with Hansen solubility theory.
I hope this helps you in somewhat. and should you have any further inquiry I am happy to give a hand.

    Good luck
    Dr. Ra'id

    Hi.
I want to make some coatings apply on gravure machine.
I want know the best solvent to get minimum viscosity with maximum solids. Regards

PMMA easily dissolve in Acetone at room temperature and in DMF too
