1999 how my sickness started till today nothing changed

in 1999 before i knew she was there, the world was paradise i was
happy.
After i knew she was there she gave me a heart attack(i started having
break downs and heart attacks)my down fall
i was publicly naked and sick.thats when my sickness started till to
day nothing changed
they said that to me she was an angel to me pooft,
thats all i remember
