Humanity is beset with many trials and tribulations. But none as severe as our next 1,000 years.

For the Sun and stars shine not from fusion, but rather, they shine from Faraday Law. Faraday law is what makes all electric current-- a magnet thrust through a coil of wire.

Every proton in every Star and our Sun has protons with their muons thrusting inside them producing electricity which much of it is sunshine.

The bigger a star, the more sunshine and our Sun has reached a point in time where it has gone the start of Red Giant Phase.

When the Sun is at the extreme of its Red Giant Phase it will swallow up Mercury, Venus and even Earth itself will be swallowed up by the Sun.

Of course, if Humans have not found a 2nd new Earth, we all perish and go into oblivion. Not only humans but all life on Earth is burnt into oblivion.

It may well be the case that if we do not find a 2nd new home in the next 1,000 years and where it is too late to make a permanent colony on Mars, on Europa on the satellites of Jupiter, it may well be the case that the only remnants that there was a
beautiful life bearing planet called Earth, is found on the satellites of Voyager 1 and Voyager 2 drifting in Outer Space, and unless they do not crash and disappear.

What this book is about is a plea for governments on Earth to turn a corner to their past.

And all countries join in on a new future where we all work together for the one common goal-- Making Europa Earth's second home. Establishing a permanent colony on Europa in the next 1,000 years.

I write this book because we still have the stupid government behavior of one country trying to steal the land of another country. Russia trying to steal Ukraine. Israel trying to steal Palestine land. China trying to steal Taiwan and other lands. North
Korea trying to steal South Korea. And many other conflicts.

All of this stealing of land is just folly and politics of bygone history.

What does it matter who steals what land when the Sun will burn out of existence all of Earth.

Especially grave in the circumstance of a Atomic armed Russia and China which if they ignite a Atomic World War 3, the probability that all of life on Earth is doomed to extinction and oblivion.

For if a Atomic war took place today, when we need to be establishing a permanent colony on Europa, I dare say, we just do not have the time to clean up after a Atomic War and get on Europa as a second new home.

So the purpose of this book is to have the general world wide audience view the idea that politics must come together in a common cause of making Europa our new home.

Instead of the constant daily barrage of news of Israel stealing West Bank and Gaza land to regain Ancient Israel, or Russia regaining Ukraine land of a lost empire. Or China regaining Taiwan and other lands of a long past era.

Everyone on Earth must think to the future-- colonize Europa and start taking plants and animals to Europa as a New, a Second Earth, for the Sun is inevitable in its physics of Red Giant Phase.

I felt it important to set aside an entire book to start the process of a Mind-Set-Shift of world politics.

A change of politics that we are used to for the past 1,000 years and a new political order for the next 1,000 years beyond 2023. A mindset for 2023 to 3023.

The old mindset is basically land stealing as seen by Russia wanting to steal Ukraine land, as seen by China wanting to steal Taiwan, as seen by North Korea wanting to steal South Korea and as seen by Israel wanting to steal all of Palestine to be the
same as Ancient Israel.

Land stealing is small time foolish politics when the Sun has gone Red Giant Phase. For all of Earth will be baked and fried into a desert. Land stealing was what old time politicians thought made them famous-- oh look-- look at the empire that Putin
gained. Oh, look at China regain all lands around it. Oh look, Israel is what it was when King David was the ruler of Ancient Israel.

In our modern day, we have to look at land grabs as petty politicians who are in a fantasy world, not a realistic world.

If we fail to have a permanent colony on Europa and Mars and Jupiter satellites in the next 1,000 years, we could well slide into extinction and oblivion with all the rest of life on Earth. Who cares what the size of the Alexander the Great empire was,
who cares of the size of the Roman empire, the Napoleon empire. All is silly and miniscule when compared to Sun gone Red Giant phase.

We need all hands on Deck in the fight against Sun gone Red Giant. We need all countries on Deck in that fight. We cannot have this petty fighting and bickering we see today. We need to start seeing everyday in the weather news, around the entire Earth,
all its weather stations reporting if any the increase in Solar Radiation for that day.

Usually it should be 0.005% yearly increase. That should be the usual number reported of 0.005%. But some days my indicate a 0.0056% and woe are we when we start seeing the daily Radiation increase is now 0.006%.
Woe are we, for a 0.005% yearly increase killed 25% of all the insect biomass from 2010 to 2020.

At a number of 0.006% yearly radiation increase perhaps will mean no more polar ice caps, all the ice melted.

So I want every weather forecast to tell us what the yearly increase in radiation number is. Have NASA build a delicate and accurate instrument that tells the Radiation increase on a daily basis.

Ingrain that thought of Solar Radiation into the minds of every person on Earth as they watch TV.

Instead of politics as leading news, have the Solar Radiation increase as leading news. Who cares if Russia wants to steal land, if China wants to steal land, if Israel wants to steal land, for all that land is going to be desert as the Sun goes Red
Giant phase.

A famous Chinese philosopher, Lao Tzu once said : "The journey of a thousand kilometers starts with one step".

Here we need the journey to Europa and make it our second home to start now and have complete in a thousand years. In this journey we need all countries of Earth, all peoples of Earth to help in the cause. We cannot have the petty fighting and bickering
that exists amoung us today.

And that start of that journey can be as simple as reporting in all weather news broadcasts, report the yearly increase in Solar Radiation. It is a figure near 0.005% of a yearly increase, but we can have daily fluctuations.

By reporting this number, whatever it happens to be by scientists measuring it daily, that by reporting it, people begin noticing this strange new number in the weather forecast. They begin to ask questions, along with wondering and learning more.

And should that daily reporting ever turn up a 0.006%, the alarm bells will go off in all quarters of Earth. For it only took 0.005% yearly increase to kill 25% of all insect biomass in decade of 2010 to 2020.
