we are participating in the Earth's rotation.
Yet we do not feel that. We can see the sky turn.
But that is not the same... that is an opposite...

Were I to make a reckless speculation, it would be because it's only one turn every 23 hours and 56 minutes.

The way toilets flush has nothing to do with the Coriolis effect and is determined by the design of toilets.

The water that enters the bowl from under the rim is directed at an
angle by design to cause the swirling which helps clean the sides of the
    bowl.

To see any Coriolis effect in draining water requires a large, as in a
couple of meters, water basin carefully constructed to to be symetrical
and allowing the water to totally settle, as in a couple of days.

The earth is essentially an ellipsoid due to its rotation. I recall that
the amount of added distance from someone at sea level on the equator
compared to sea level at the north pole is exactly the right amount for
the motion and gravity portions of time dilation to cancel completely.
The bulge at the equator rises to the level of zero GR time dilation.

    We do.
    Check out Coriolis effect.
Since when do you feel that AB?
That is for your toilet instead.
We all feel the Coriolis effect, as it happens due to Earth's rotation.
No. you don't. You are seeing what is in your toilet turning AB.
We all feel the trade winds and the westerlies, that arise from Earth's rotation.
Correct. But it is an affect of Earth rotation not a direct feeling of it.
What direct feeling do you want?
The feeling of weight you can feel from rotation...
    Tides creeping in and out?
As for toilets and how they function, check out the brains of whodat, moroney, etc.
How do you know they are right?
No worries there, they never are.
    Your toilet is full...
    flush.
    There you go.
