    Slowing the atom speeds up time dilation and takes away kinetic energy.
    Until friction ends the movement of they atom.
    Light responds to friction order where it is stored in the atom.

    ON your world line you can be still and not have your own
    time dilation or kinetic energy.... Begin to move yourself
    and you can feel weight and observe an opposite appearance
    of motion around you. Only real motion has kinetic energy.
    The other opposite that appears does not have your kinetic energy.
