    Move straight toward and away you get maximum light energy shift.
    Pass something and absorbing light energy gets an in between less
    energy shifts. At 90 degrees you get near no energy shift.
    90 degrees Light absorption keeps light energy nearest to its fundamental
    in space manifesting before absorption
