The proof is that the Moon surface is not ionic.
There is no layer of charge built by billions of
years of solar wind for the Moon. NASA admits this
and the fact that their suits to did not encounter
that problem either.
If the Earth's magnetosphere collapses it
would loose protection like the Moon but
we do not find those layers of ions in
the stratum.
