Not sure what the world will look like when I'm 95, but it won't look like
what it did when I was 5.

My kids' kids will probably never know snow. A lot of Xmas carols are going
    to sound pretty stupid.

Hey mate...come on down to Australian during their 'summer-Christmas'
    with temps in the 80-F

Seems it will be about that temperature in the northern hemisphere, too, in December.

Did you see somewhere in the Rockies expecting 100 degrees today, and snow tomorrow, or something like that? Whiplash!

With that incoming cold front, it would not be unusual to see a
dramatic change in weather. Having lived around Ft. Collins years
ago, going from 'hot' to 'cold' happens.

"A deep southward plunge of the jet stream is bringing a sharp drop in temperatures to the Rockies and Plains. There is a disturbance diving
through that jet stream, which is causing snowfall or a mix of rain
and snow to spread through the Rockies and Front Range now through
    Wednesday."
