"What are you doing? Take back the Senate! You've got guns. Use them,"
Graham told Capitol police, according to an extensive report from the
Washington Post, which described Graham as "irate" that senators were
forced to leave their chambers during the storming of the Capitol.
"We give you guns for a reason," he said. "Use them." The Washington
Post stated the quotes were based on an unnamed Republican senator with
knowledge of the incident.
Graham Ts office confirmed the quotes are "accurate" in a statement to
Fox News on Monday.
"Graham was quite clear on this point, noting that the backpacks and
other items brought into the Capitol could have contained bombs and
explosives. The damage could have been much, much worse," Graham Ts
communications director, Kevin Bishop, said.
Graham also called Ivanka Trump, former President Donald Trump Ts oldest >> daughter, multiple times and gave suggestions on what the then-president
should say, according to the report.
"You need to get these people out of here," he reportedly told her.
"This thing is going south. This is not good. You're going to have to
tell these people to stand down. Stand down."

(CNN)Members of Congress will be getting increased security while
traveling through airports in the aftermath of the attack on the US
Capitol Wednesday and as several senators have been harassed at
airports, according to a notice sent to lawmakers Saturday.
The US Capitol Police and Sergeant at Arms' office said they will
coordinate with other law enforcement agencies, including the US
Marshals Service to ensure their safety.
Additionally, through the Inauguration on January 20, agents from the
Capitol Police will be stationed at the three major airports in the Washington, DC area: Reagan National Airport (DCA), Baltimore-Washington International Airport (BWI) and Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD).
Sen. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, a close ally of President Donald
Trump who was critical of the President this week, was confronted and screamed at by Trump supporters at Reagan National Airport, according to videos posted on social media Friday. https://www.cnn.com/2021/01/09/politics/members-of-congress-increased-security-airports/index.html

he would have the FBI on his door step.
As they should be, but Graham was in the midst
of being violently attacked and was acting
in self-defense.
It appears you're too stupid to know what self-defense is.
And too stupid to know you can't claim self-defense
when threatening someone online.
Christ you Trumpsters are stupid.
Being as it was in the Capital, that makes it something other than a threat or abuse or bullying.
