I have heard nothing from the mainstream news media, radio, TV
and of course, the usual left-wing press about what I personally
believe is John Kerry’s latest treasonous caper. Only the New
York Post reported negatively on Kerry’s alleged wanton
violation of the Logan Act; his unauthorized negotiations with
the Ayatollahs of Iran, a country that sponsors terrorists and
    wishes to destroy America.

In 1970, Kerry was a very vocal anti-war veteran activist. I do
believe he was still a US Navy Reserve Officer when he appeared
at the Paris Peace talks. He openly met with communist North
Vietnamese envoys to denounce America. He called U.S. GIs s war
criminals. American POWs were being held in brutal, inhumane
conditions beaten and tortured. If still a reserve officer, why
was he not subject to the Uniform Code of Military Justice? Or
was he? For decades, I and many other veterans have been curious
if Kerry does or does not have an honorable discharge.

    In 1968, I was a 19-year-old U.S. Marine in Vietnam. During the
infamous Tet Offensive Battle to retake Hue City, 2,500 U.S.
Marines were up against 11,000 well-trained and equipped
soldiers of the North Vietnamese Army and an unknown number of
Viet Cong regiments. On February 6, 1968, in the midst of battle
and under intense enemy fire, I, Frank Thomas, and Alan McDonald
struck the enemy colors flying in the courtyard of the Capital
building and raised the Stars and Stripes. This report and
photos were carried by every news media in the free world. On
February 11, I was seriously wounded and medevaced from the
combat zone. By February 14, after 12 days in Hue, not even a
single Marine in my platoon was still standing. On May 3, 1968,
I received a near fatal wound. I know the cruel brutality of war
and what it means to serve my country and preserve our way of
    life.

In 1985, Kerry and another freshman U.S. senator, Tom Harkin of
Iowa, whom I personally consider equally loathsome, went to
Nicaragua. They met with Marxist dictator Daniel Ortega and
returned with a shameful cease-fire agreement which was a slap
in the face to all Americans.

As President Obama’s Secretary of State, Kerry made serious
attempts to sign over our nation’s sovereignty to the United
    Nations.

It seems to me that no matter how vile and despicable the words
and deeds of Democrats appear, with un-American rhetoric, they
get a free pass from the media. Time to open your eyes and ears
    America.
