    The proof is now in one of the most respected journals in the world... myopia is significantly preventable! It is out of control in east and SE Asia, and they made a very scientific study to show how more time spent using distant rather than close vision
    helped kids avoid myopia or get it with much less severity.

    I think it's a disgrace the way the eye doc establishment fought these ideas and for example made life difficult for folks to legally obtain lenses that gives less near-point strain. They pooh-pooh folks on this forum and elsewhere that have experience
    with eye exercises which mimic the successful techniques found in the article. Sure it can sound like junk science, when the less educated etc have to pick up the slack that the supposed educated folks dropped the ball on...
