    In this study, the U.S. ranks last in all system performance ratings, except for the care process, in which it ranked second.
    The U.S., also, ranked last in health care outcomes.
    This despite health care spending as a percentage of GDP is far higher in the USA than in other nations.
    The USA, therefore, should adopt some form of free national health care for all American citizens paid for through taxation. I suggest that individuals be allowed to keep their own health insurance plans, if they meet health care insurance guidelines.
