• Brushing teeth vs mouthwash after sugary beverages

From Ottavio Caruso@21:1/5 to All on Wed Oct 6 16:37:59 2021
Let's say I drink coffee with sugar (no solid foods) and I don't want
that tiny amount of sugar to rot my teeth. Should I brush my teeth
afterwards or would just a mouthwash be enough? I have an alcohol-free mouthwash with some fluoride: https://www.superdrug.com/Toiletries/Dental/Mouthwash/Dentyl-Dual-Action-Smooth-Mint-CPC-Mouthwash-500ml/p/482539

and I wonder if this is enough to wash away the sugar from my teeth.
