Back in the spring, my cat was diagnosed with lymphatic cancer. He is 12
years old and was in bad condition due to weight loss and dehydration.
The vet suggested surgery or to put it down. Since I am on disability,
surgery is too expensive and at his age he chances of surviving the
surgery is slim. However, I could not go through with putting him down.
It cost me $1,000 to get the diagnosis and to nurse him back from the
"dead" just to put him down just felt like betraying him and made no
sense to me.
Two months later he is stronger but the tumor on his neck has grown.
Anyone has any suggestions? Recently I started putting cannabis oil on
his skin in the region of the tumor and occasionally rub some on his
gum. Is this a good idea? How do I know it is working?
