Hello, I was recently diagnoised with Osteopenia. While test have been run etc. I understand about taking vitamins and exerecise....HOWEVER, I have read there are foods I should avoid. Yet, through all my searching I have only found mostly ads. (YUK)
they never get to the point. Does ANYONE know of SPECiFIC foods I should not eat. Perhaps, which would be HARMFUL, a CLEAR, CONCISE and easily read chart on these? Also, is there a LIST of MEDICATIONS that may interfer with my osteopenia?
