The solution to climate change does not require additional government
control of anything. One single change will totally solve the CO2
emissions issue. A Carbon fee and dividend program (with sufficiently
steep and increasing fees) will bring carbon levels down right on
schedule and as painlessly as possible. Every individual person gets an
equal share of the total fees as their dividend.
