    To get on-topic: the most terribly wrong translation I have ever seen,
    probably inadvertently by software and not deliberately as a joke by a
    human, was: "Würzt Grüße" as German equivalent of an English expression.

    würzen = season food, e.g. er würzt sein Essen = he seasons his food
    Grüße (pl. of Gruß) = greetings
