• How to cut certain stacks from an image sequence

    Hello people, I need some help.

    for my work I record videos as a series of images saved as tif files (.tif). What I want to do is: i)select a starting frame from the stack which you input
    ii)from this frame and a number of frames after which you input as well, you cut those frames from the stack. for example: I have a stack of 201 frames, I choose frame 3 as my starting point and I want 10 frames after that, so I get
    cut out frames 3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12 saved separately
    iii)after a certain amount of frames which you input as well you repeat the cutting for the same number of frames as before until the stack(video) is finished. What i am studying repeats itself after a certain time. so for example, we
    stopped at frame 12, 12+30 brings us to frame 42. so again, 42 is the starting frame and we cut out frames 42,43,44,45,46,47,48,49,50,51. etc. etc.
    iv) all the different cuts are combined in a stack
