Is there somewhere I could read, download old weather forecasts? E.g. the forecast made on Sept 1 2015 for Los Angeles, Calif? There are lots of latest forecasts, and lots of data of actual conditions in the past, but the old forecasts seem to disappear.
Is the Weather Service hiding its mistakes :)
