• Current sharing Pf VAR or other issue

    Dear friends,
I have a problem with CURRENT sharing between our main alternator (2000 KW) and aux (750 KW). It's powerd Ruston diesels.
    There are 4 alternators 2 x 2000 KW and 2 x 750 KW.
It is never good but worst is with paralell main and aux.
Power sharing is proportional and it's not so bad but current is completly out of proportion.
All AVRs are Basler Electric (static voltage reg) SSR 125-12.

Main alternator is taking much more current than aux. For Exaple:

    Main STBD, P = 1350 KW / I = 2200 A (Constant speed / load at 120 rpm on the shaft)
    AUX PORT, P = 350 KW / I = 260 A

    Main PORT, P = 1400 KW / I = 2250 A (Changing to better when load is higher) AUX STBD, P = 500 KW / I = 500 A

    Main PORT, P = 1250 KW / I = 1500 A (at the start 2 x ME current can be 50 % difference)
    Main STBD, P = 1250 KW / I = 1920 A

Main PORT, P = 1300 KW / I = 1600 A (two main have lowest diff. but after some time)
    Main STBD, P = 1300 KW / I = 1700 A

    Any advice? Thanks.
