I am a process engineer in a PCB factory.

I face a problem in printing solder mask. There are some pin holes on
the solder mask, appear on both copper and laminate. It made some
masked area is too thin to protect the circuit.
Supplier said it is caused by broken of gas bubble while printing,
but I am sure it is not! I observe the board after printing:
Bubbles break in few minutes and ink leveled. Few more minutes later,
pin hole come out just as de-wetting.
I had cleaned the pre-treatment and printing equipment, and also
change to other versions ink (same supplier). No good result give out.
Lower the ink viscosity by thinner also give improvement.

Some classmates tell me it maybe caused by too much of anti-foam agent
in the solder mask ink to cause de-wetting. I cannot prove it.

Any body can tell me how can I solve this problem?
