Fill it halfway with good heavy cream and a scoop of sugar, and whup
it up with an immersion blender. Get the air right, about 1.75:1 loft.
(We had Chicken Piccata with mashed potatoes, way better than turkey
and easier too. Pecan pie for me, pumpkin yuk for Mo.)
