    If anyone likes plants, read

    Finding The Mother Tree

    and

    The Light Eaters.

Both address plant communications, intelligence, and maybe even
    consciousness, whatever that means.

It seems that walking is healthy for your body and mind. Get away from
    screens and mice.

Some famous people got their best ideas while walking. It also seems
that works best while walking in the woods, not on city concrete.
Maybe living in New York City is not suitable for electronic design.

Not having a TeeVee is also very good for peace of mind, getting stuff
done and increasing creativity. And the beneficial effects can be further enhanced by drinking *strong* coffee and eating donuts with loads of sugar
    on them.
Follow these simple tips and your surroundings will matter a great deal
less. Phil lives in NY and he seems to do very well for himself.

Yes, followed up by a long hot shower.
