    Wearables are always dubious ideas... they require acceptance from
    the wearer AND those around him (remember Google Glass?). A device
    that "others" want to avoid likely has a short product life.

    This is especially true of devices with out-facing cameras.

    Interaction with a phone (or watch, etc.) may seem rude to others
    nearby but it doesn't inherently compromise their privacy.

    Nov'23): "Can an AI Device Replace the Smartphone? Former Apple execs
    launch wearable Ai Pin that uses ChatGPT".

    There are many other articles. So they are real.
