Certainly a problem if the wet bulb temperature is above say 33 to 35
C for the whole day. In a sauna the temperature can be around 100 C
and when you throw water on the hot stones, the RH can reach nearly
100 %, the wet bulb temperature can be very high. Still comfortable
for a while.

If the outdoor wet bulb temperature is above 35 C, do not spend long
times outside, go into a house or car with air cooling and(or remove
humidity from the inside air to get the wet bulb temperature down.
Outdoor activities can be done at night or early morning when the wet
bulb temperature is still well below 35 C,
