    This is actually a pretty good system and achievement. Crop yields actually increase! Mainly because they're not being beaten down by full spectrum sunlight. And they harvest a respectable amount of energy in the process.

    Apparently it's the multilayer polymer film (MPF) that makes it work.

    New application but not an entirely new idea. Agriculture has been using spectrum filtering film plastics for row covers forever.

    The panels look like they shade some of the crop from direct rainfall, but I guess it's not a problem.
