It's the equivalent of March in the northern hemisphere and they're already experiencing daytime highs of 95oF with wildfires breaking out all over the place. This is just the warm-up for the most hellacious summer on record there by far.

    https://gizmodo.com/australian-officials-declare-the-arrival-of-el-nino-1850854623

Look at that smog suffocating Sydney.

Wonder how cool they think digging up all that coal is now:

    https://www.worldometers.info/coal/australia-coal/

"For example, coal with a carbon content of 78 percent and a heating value of 14,000 Btu per pound emits about 204.3 pounds of carbon dioxide per million Btu when completely burned.(5) Complete combustion of 1 short ton (2,000 pounds) of this coal will
generate about 5,720 pounds (2.86 short tons) of carbon dioxide."

    https://www.eia.gov/coal/production/quarterly/co2_article/co2.html

And these swine are exporting over 400 million tons annually.

The nonsense about solar cycles affecting global warming originated with a 1990s paper that was thoroughly debunked because it was based on flawed data and flawed analysis of that data. The paper was removed from active status by the publisher. But there
are remnants of lunatics like yourself who still believe in lucky charms and ignore the plain common science data collected by institutes like NOAA.

Ocean circulation has a lot to do with climate. Accumulating heat is one thing, but it's how it's circulated by the oceans that makes the difference.

    Who cares solar cycles' fake.

I have joined 3 groups of solar watchers, publishing fake number of solar spots, called Wolf number.

Rudolf Wolf always published the real number of sunspots, as watched by himself.

    Wolf number is fake term,
multiplying number of sunspots by 10

So what matters is solar activity, represented by the real solar energy energy emitted and directed to the Earth

Only few sun observatories in the world publish the real number of sunspots as observed and counted by an observer.

The other observatories publish fake Wolf number only, calling it the number of sunspots
to generate fake solar cycles to be published officially, as a delusional science to attract public money and money from donators

You can easily verify the above contacting the Sun Observatory in Brussels (web page is active and updated daily)

Think of the money. And if our political system decided that we should leave it in the ground, our customers might spend some of their money on providing us with a different political system, as Putin did when he supported Trump's election campaign in

Rudolf Wolf always published the real number of sunspots, as watched by himself.

Wolf number is fake term, multiplying number of sunspots by 10

So what matters is solar activity, represented by the real solar energy energy emitted and directed to the Earth.

Perhaps, but sunspot numbers reflect activity in the solar photosphere, where no energy at all is generated.

Solar energy is generated deep in the sun where it is a lot hotter (the photosphere is only at 6000K) and the pressure are a lot higher.

Only few sun observatories in the world publish the real number of sunspots as observed and counted by an observer.

Because the sun takes twenty to thirty days to rotate (depending on latitude) and the observer can only see one side if the sun.

The other observatories publish fake Wolf number only, calling it the number of sunspots to generate fake solar cycles to be published officially, as a delusional science to attract public money and money from donors.

    Deluded nonsense.

You can easily verify the above contacting the Sun Observatory in Brussels (web page is active and updated daily)

But it doesn't mean what a a thinks it means.

All the sun stuff is a useless red herring. If the sun was the only part of global warming, Earth would be a frozen ice cube with mean global temperature of zero.

Actually -18C which is what it looks like from far enough above. For some wavelengths the effective radiating altitude is quite a bit above the solid surface, where what's left of the atmosphere is a lot cooler than that

CO2 above all else is required to trap the solar heat and make the Earth habitable for mankind as well as nature as we know it. So CO2 is absolutely vital, you just can't have too much of it, nor too little.

    Don't be silly.

    A a is the ill-informed twit here.

#H2Ovapor is the only #greenhouse gas which matters. #CO2 doesn't matter

Water vapour is the major greenhouse gas, but it freezes out of the atmosphere as you go higher, so it's effective radiating altitude is relatively low.

CO2 doesn't freeze out at all, Neither do methane and nitrous oxide. Hydrofluorocarbons and hydrochlorofluorocarbons and ozone have a effect but there isn't much of any of them.

CO2 as greenhouse gas as an old fake by IPCC, UNFCC, Al Gore, Prof. Mann to make trade in CO2 emissions market.

It's not a fake, and it goes back to Svante Arrhrenius who died in 1927.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Svante_Arrhenius

Read R&D papers by 2021 Water Cycle Nobelist from Japan

He lives on Princeton and is No.1 Global Leader in Climate Science

But a a doesn't know his name and can 't cite a link to even one of his papers

    https://www.nobelprize.org/prizes/physics/2021/manabe/facts/

"Syukuro Manabe demonstrated how increased levels of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere lead to increased temperatures at the surface of the Earth", which isn't what a a is trying to tell us.

IPCC should be closed, UNFCC should be closed for distributing CO2 fake for years

Greta spread the CO2 fake for years to the fools.

In reality a a is the individual who should be shut down for spreading misinformation. He's clearly insane.

El Nino is delusional fake without scientific merits
having nothing to do with any short-term climate changes due to fluctuations in solar activity
    like this year

    NASA Citizen Scientist
The nonsense about solar cycles affecting global warming originated with a 1990s paper that was thoroughly debunked because it was based on flawed data and flawed analysis of that data. The paper was removed from active status by the publisher. But
there are remnants of lunatics like yourself who still believe in lucky charms and ignore the plain common science data collected by institutes like NOAA.

    https://www.cpc.ncep.noaa.gov/products/analysis_monitoring/enso_advisory/ensodisc.shtml

Ocean circulation has a lot to do with climate. Accumulating heat is one thing, but it's how it's circulated by the oceans that makes the difference.

Do you have a golden elephant, or maybe a dragon, on your car's dashboard to protect against accidents too?

Total waste of time to watch the sun when there are very accurate means of measuring exactly how much solar energy is impinging on every square inch of Earth, the bottom line. The variation in that received energy due to all these voodoo anomalies and
spots and so on's amounts to an insignificant fraction of a percentile of the mean, and do not affect global warming..

When they do controlled burns in proximity to urban centers in U.S., the foresters are required by law to look at the wind forecast so as to prevent shrouding population centers with haze like that. Just a thought.

It's the equivalent of March in the northern hemisphere and they're already experiencing daytime highs of 95oF with wildfires breaking out all over the place. This is just the warm-up for the most hellacious summer on record there by far.

Look at that smog suffocating Sydney
It isn't photochemical smog, but rather bush-fire smoke from deliberately lit hazard reduction burns. Still not great for the lungs, but not smog.

Looks like they overdid it. That's ridiculous.

Last year we had a record amount of rain, so the local vegetation did well, and there wasn't a lot of opportunity for fuel reduction burns. We'll need quite a few more.

The "heat wave" - such as it was - has gone away, so they may be able to get in a few more before it gets too hot and dry to be safe to do it.

When they do controlled burns in proximity to urban centers in U.S., the foresters are required by law to look at the wind forecast so as to prevent shrouding population centers with haze like that. Just a thought.

Just what the people who have to fight the real fires need - lots of inexpert advice from people who don't have to carry the can when real bush-fires devastate urban areas.

Lawyers love giving everybody a say. They tend to ignore the point that most people who want to have a say don't know what they are talking about, and tend to be most vociferous when they know least.
