    Statistics released by the Japanese government reveal that the country has a serious aging problem.

    To put it in perspective almost a third of the population is 65 or older, while one in 10 are over 80 years old.

    It isn't how old you are, but how you age, that creates the problem. Darius the Dumb was probably born stupid, but he could be the victim of premature senile dementia.
