• Musk to buy Twitter

From Ricky@21:1/5 to All on Mon Apr 25 14:20:40 2022
For $44 billion. Yeah! I bought at $47.00 and will be able to sell at $54.20 for a cool 15% return in just a few weeks! I like that.

    Thank you Musk,

Better sell at the right point. It will probably drop below the

I think it was a suggestion that Elon Musk might mature into a political heavyweight like Trump, Putin or Xi. Probably someone more influential than Trump (but who isn't). Xi seems to be the only role model who actually has slave labour camps, and Musk
is probably bright enough not to use slave labour for highly skilled work on parts that need to be unusually reliable
Elon Musk's fortunes derive in part from his Daddy owning a South
African emerald mine where the workers weren't slaves, exactly, but life
for many employees was pretty far from la dolce vita.

I do think that Bitrex was feeling particularly satirical at that point
I think the apple doesn't fall far from the tree.

Only you would think that. Only you. lol
    DecandentLinux is NOT very advanced.

And yet still three orders of magnitude more advanced than a puts
    like you.

What nym do you usually post under here, punk? You are a nym
    shifter jackass.

I used to post under many many nyms and they were all chosen
depending on the post content I was responding to, while NONE
were ever an attempt to hide and all were easily identifiable as
    me.
I posted under another ID that drove you out of your nyms. It
worked, you had to change your nyms.

A PUTZ like you, on the other hand, is too much of a stupid pussy
to post as you have before. You made your "new nym" up in an
effort to spread your personal hatreds. It does not get any more
lame than you, punk. Usenet abusing punk. You have yet to post
anything actually having any real content. You epitomize the word
LAME, little boy. Little Usenet news group abusing boy.
Words speak for itself. You are nothing other than SSS, CCC and
    FFF.

So out with it, pussy boy. What nym do you usually post under
    here? Come on, PUSSY!
Show your real ID and I'll show mind. You stupid idiot.

You don't get it, dumbfuck. You RatThugLeTards are so stupid.

You popping up with your new nym specifically to hound my posts is
about the most lame thing you have ever done in your entire pathetic
    life, pussy boy.

I didn't ask for your real ID, you stupid putz. I asked you to
tell the group the nym you 'normally' post under, you stupid idiot.

You are probably cydrome loser. You act similarly. And nobody
knows what your retarded attempts at making up meaningful acronyms
achieves, other than to further illustrate just how stupid you are.

Pretty much comes down to the fact that billy builder couldn't
build anything but a turd pile in his commode.

You Freaking Foul Fool anonymous troll complaining about anonymous poster pointing out your short coming. LOLOLOL.

Well there's a difference between not-caring-about-money and not
expecting to be regularly provided for at all times.

My girlfriend doesn't expect to be regularly provided for, but certainly
cares about money! She's not the type of person to care if her man
drives a modest car or expensive car.

But if he drove a $40,000 car and asked her to spot him a hundred bucks
outside a dire emergency she'd simply point to the car and say dryly
"$40,000 car" and leave it at that, she's a New Englander after all...

And the fact that I can fix things.

I do cabinet doors, curtain rods, toilet seats, things of that type. Not
much call to fix the home electronics owned by most millennials these
days, there's not much of it that's worth fixing. But it is a side
    benefit I agree.

I met Mo at a gay bar. She told me that her MG Midget was running bad,
so we went outside to see. It was idling at 3000 RPM, which took
seconds to fix with my swiss army knife.

I just fixed a loose lamp socket on a cool old Tiffany lamp, with
Bondic. Great stuff for quick repairs. The LED bulbs don't get hot,
    which makes using adhesive sensible.

Which is to say they are willing to flatter him, and don't care if the flattery they have to deliver is somewhat implausible.

And the fact that I can fix things.

But do they stay fixed? My wife bought a couple of very cheap chairs which she liked, but weren't robust enough to survive her habit of tilting them back at odd angles.

I could put them back together, but they didn't stay fixed. Morticing in two extra struts meant that they lasted longer, but not all that long. Putting four long screws diagonally up through the struts into the chair legs has worked so far - the joints
that were being flexed now don't seem to flex enough to come apart, but I'm going to wait a bit before I do it to any of the other chairs.
