WinPipeD is a professional, fully-featured Windows program for
analyzing
multiphase (oil-gas-water) steady-state pipe flow hydraulics. It
utilizes
most industry-standard equations and correlations, packaged in an easy-to-use interface. A Basic version (b) is available for download
for
non-commercial and academic use, while the complete Professional
version can be ordered on-line.
Starting on the 4th July, 1997, WinPipeD will be marketed by Technical Toolboxes, Inc. (http://www.ttoolbox.com). This will involve a
substantial price increase, and prospective commercial users are
encouraged to place orders before this date.
Production, mechanical, chemical and other engineers involved with
fluid
mechanics will find this program invaluable. Please visit our site

for more details.Yet another program that will take "industry standard" equations and
apply them well outside their range of applicability (pipe size/range, composition, range of experimental data) without the user being aware.
Unless the user gets hold of all the references... which renders the
program useless in the first place... the user is yet again marketed
with a dud program (on technical integrity terms).
