• Is the number of the beast an employment test score?

    Consider this:

    1) The developers of employment and personality screening tests keep the criteria as secret as the SATs

    2) They are gaining popularity and barring good people from getting jobs using technology as the excuse.

    3) Without work, the majority of the world population cannot buy food etc.

    4) The number or value of the test is held in secret by employers and applicants are never told what that score is or what it must be to pass

    5) These tests DISCOURAGE, not ENCOURAGE honesty by applicants as you need to study how to pass them

    6) These tests are actively being pushed by the EEOC, which is charged with preventing discrimination, not endorsing it

    7) If you try to research who developed the tests by inquiring at the peddlers of them, like Wonderlic, they get very defensive
