So at a moment of ambiguity and uncertainty, we get MAXIMUM UTILITY from inspecting all POTENTIAL FUTURE STATES OF THE WORLD. This leads to selecting states of ambiguity as desirable states over states of certainty where all other potential alternative
no longer have a chance to be _realized_. For rational minds, this last difference assumption is important, not so for non rational minds! Irrationals will revel at the ambiguous state and select it as the moment of maximum utility since there will be no
difference between **it can possible be** and **it could possibly be but now it is...**.
