I'm not suggesting labor paradigms to private business, except consumer
trust

and lately I think it should be according to stockholders for publicly
traded business, except consumer trust

but a good start for a progressive labor evolution paradigm might be in
public business, government

apply supply and demand to labor

the jobs less people want get paid more

the jobs more people want get paid less

the matter of skill, and responsibility is a skill, would get worked out
along the way or from what can be gleaned already

there are many studies done yearly about jobs and pay, these things don't
have to be used as they are now, they could be used for the above
