You might be interested in the NIST-STS-Outlier tests we have developed and executed on the currently best true (quantum) and pseudo-random generators available.

The NIST-STS-Outlier Test is a standard NIST-STS Test except that is executes all NIST-STS tests in a batch like in TESTU01.

In the NIST-STS-Outlier test the number of failed tests (outliers) is compared with the theoretically expected number of failed tests (outliers).

If you want to use the test for yourself, install standard NIST-STS, replace the files in the original code with the files given on

    https://spideroak.com/browse/share/UTwente/RNG/Tests/NIST-STS/Changed%20sources/

    and compile the sources.

The only change done in the sources is to execute all NIST-STS tests in a batch, like is done in TestU01. The original NIST tests are unchanged.

On https://www.ndax.nl/drive/QRNG/std.xls you can find a summary of execution results of the NIST-STS-Outlier test of the currently best true (quantum) and pseudo-random generators available.
