    It is clear that your "plan" is to never actually fix this, or find out what the real problem is, but spend the rest of your life "making do" and "band-aiding". Be honest with yourself.

    Flex-Seal will eventually mildew. It is a short-term fix, and eventually it also becomes food. "Life finds a way."

    There are types of silicone (bathroom) sealants with anti-mold agents
