Project Manager (Ophthalmology)

Responsibilities

Develops, maintains, regularly updates and communicates project timelines. Identifies and contracts with relevant CRO's. Establishes and manages relationships with external vendors. Develops and maintains budget and manages to established timelines.
Develops professional scientific relationships with colleagues. Leverages resources, expertise, and knowledge across multiple projects to ensure attainment of project deliverables. Leads and executes pre-clinical studies and/or programs in accordance
with strategy, project plans, approved budget, and resource allocations. Tracks development of all internal project materials, processes, manuals, and plans. In collaboration with senior leadership, leads the proactive identification, assessment, and
management of project risks. Works collaboratively with colleagues and partners to achieve business and scientific goals.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in science related field (e.g., Biology). 5 years of relevant Project Management experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience
listed above.
