have the distinction of being the last person to start an on-topic thread in sci.bio.systematics and I have the distinction of being the last one to
have done an on-topic post to it: ours was a 7/11 combination, in June of
2013.
You'd think that Harshman, who seems far more interested in systematics
than in paleontology, would have wanted to keep this newsgroup alive
alongside sci.bio.paleontology, but he swears by GigaNews and keeps
trying to convert me to it [despite a monthly fee]. And Giganews dropped sci.bio.systematics a long time ago -- or maybe never supported it.
I'll repost this to sci.bio.paleontology if I haven't heard from you
here by the end of this week.
