My name is Nikolce and I`m studentof biotechnology.I`m working on
my diplom`s work "Technology of making roquefort cheese", namely my
future target is development of technology on first home blue cheese
in Macedonia under originaly protected name,from basic roquefortmaking applicatied in ours conditions(milk,climate,taste of people...).
Until now I successfully to attain good results in making blue
cheese,but I`ve going to better results, to make better blue cheese.
For that reason I have need some advice, information, literature
or anithing to help me.
