lead root-cause analysis and FMEA, interface and collaborate with various development functions to solve a wide range of difficult scientific and operational problems. You are able to lead low- and medium-complexity projects. You are used to designing,
executing, analyzing, interpreting experiments and get to an actionable conclusion. You document new/revised production and QC processes and train manufacturing personnel. You participate in the verification and validation of new process improvements.
You feel comfortable working with external suppliers to resolve raw material quality issues. Your excellent verbal and written communication skills allow you to write scientific and technical reports and present ongoing scientific/technical work at
internal/departmental seminars and trainings. You know and work using good manufacturing theories and practices. You have an experience with an ERP system (SAP preferred). You easily build relationships through inter-organization collaborations. You take
initiative, ownership and personal accountability for results. You are comfortable multi-tasking to accommodate tight schedules if needed.
The successful candidate has a Ph.D with two years industrial experience or a Master’s degree with five years relevant industrial experience in microbiology. Candidates with experience in molecular biology, and biochemistry, or
