Isn't it wonderful that the orbit of the Webb telescope keeps the same face to us while looking out into space?.
The orbit of Webb around the Sun imitates the moon's orbital motion around the Earth as we see one side of the moon always. There is no need for Webb to also rotate, but then again, we live in an era where there are people who believe the moon must do so.
In any case, hope it works out well for the launch.
