    You really are stupid.

    They are being sued for refusing to hire people who are legally in the country and have the legal right to work.

    They have to be US Citizens to be hired!
    I worked in Aerospace and other companies doing gov. jobs.
    US citizenship is a must to work on gov. contracts!
    It's all about security and clearances.
    Our company hired outside contractors for cleaning and some maintenance etc... where, who knows legals and illegals may work, but after the job was done, they had to be off the company's premises!

    contractors. Only some, and only for some jobs.
