You clearly have ZERO interest in any relevant topic, constantly posting random, irrelevant cites like you are doing now.

And then there are those that prefer drinking saltwater & cod liver oil cocktails.

Now you may well be retarded, and by that I mean that you are, but once
again you have debunked your "Crystalline Stream" idiocy. Humans are Surprisingly bad at drinking water!

Water. Plain water. We hydrate much better drinking things like, say, the liquid inside a oyster or clam than we do plain water. Of course we'd need
some means for getting rid of the salt... something like sweating.

Do you know of such a means? Hmm?

All mammals drink milk. From mammaries. From mama.

Jermy drinks saltwater & cod liver oil and goes insane. What a yertle. Hold yer breath!

The rule, as opposed to the exception, is that humans lose this ability in adulthood.

Do the Google on "Dogs" and "Drinking Milk."

The point is, drinking milk is not something that adult mammals typically
    do.

Still, we are far better as hydrating -- absorbing water -- when it's NOT your clear, crystalline stream water. No, we're much better at drinking water
when it comes in the form of fruit juice, or the liquor from shellfish...

Which I just pointed out, and you being an idiot took a wild stab in the
dark in a sad attempt to rationalize your stupid position.

    Have a nice day.

You established with your own cite that we evolved getting our water from sources OTHER THAN your crystalline streams. Humans do hydrate less
efficiently with pure water than other sources -- hence "Gatorade" or "Powerade" sports drinks.

Coupled with our ability to expel salt through our skin, it's likely that this is a reflection of our aquatic phase.

    Milk.
    Water.

Salt dehydrates. Gatorade does not hydrate better than freshwater, it balances electrolytes in humans in extreme physical stress. In normal human behavior, most water is gotten from food, which in babies is milk
