First nonsense and amongst the many things that really
annoyed me was their throwing in an "Explanation" of the
Pleistocene.
Honestly. It's imaginary! There is NOTHING that separates
the Holocene from the Pleistocene. It's a single period, the
one and the same epoch. It's simply the Quaternary Period
renamed, with the Holocene inexplicably detached...
