    Annyone know the source for 4'x8' Russian birch plywood?

    Bob, you might also look for Apple-ply.

    FWIW Hardwood "Products" sells 4x8 sheets of a version of Baltic Birch
    plywood.

    Keep in mind though that the odd sized 4x8 Baltic style plywood vs, the
    5x5 is significantly more expensive.

    Before the crazy run on lumber and prices going wonky I could buy a 5x5
    1/2" Baltic birch sheet for about $20.
    The 4x8 sheet was more than double that and you only get 7 square feet
    more per sheet.

    I found that if I actually did not need pieces longer than 60" that 2
    sheets of 5x5 was less expensive than one sheet of 4x8 and I got 18
    additional sq ft of ply.
