    Sounds right ,but really should be another way of doing it with a tensioner .

    I've been tense while waiting 16 years for that response.

    I didn't know anyone still used belt sanders.

    I had some homemade Pecan Pie that would definitely qualify as a belt tightener! I'd have to use a belt sander just to make it fit.
