They did dock - but I do not think anybody is going to
be allowed to leave the ship. Cambodians experienced
one big die-off from supidity already.
The positive is that they are now in a position to recieve
supplies, and both the cruise company and a lot of the
passengers are in a position to pay for those supplies.
